CambridgeIP grants you a licence to use, copy, store and process our reports and materials and the information contained in our reports and materials within the ordinary course of your business. This right is subject to the following conditions:
- no re-sale of any report, materials or their contents are permitted without written permission from CambridgeIP
- no use of any report, materials or their contents to inform offerings that compete with CambridgeIP is permitted, and no reverse engineering of any report, materials or their contents is permitted
- CambridgeIP will be acknowledged as the source of any report, materials or contents sourced from www.CambridgeIP.com (see below) and
- no modification of the information provided by CambridgeIP is permitted
You shall ensure that any reproduction of any report, materials or their contents includes the following notice: “© Cambridge Intellectual Property Ltd 2008. All rights reserved.” You acknowledge that you may not tamper or interfere with any watermarking or other technology used to identify CambridgeIP as the source of the reports, other materials and information they contain.

Limitation and Disclaimer

- may include opinions and observations expressed by CambridgeIP based on the research and analysis of relevant data. They do not constitute legal advice. Whilst these opinions and observations may be used by you and your contacts to assist in developing its business and marketing strategies, you and your contacts should not rely on them to make (or to refrain from making) any business decision. Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms and conditions and all questions of construction, validity and performance them shall be governed by English law.
If any dispute of any nature whatsoever arises out of or in connection with your download and use of reports and other materials from www.CambridgeIP.com
- Senior representatives of the disputing parties shall meet or otherwise communicate with each other in order to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably, and, failing such an amicable resolution of the dispute within 30 days of such meeting or other communication, the parties will attempt to settle the dispute by mediation in accordance with the CEDR Model Mediation Procedure (See www.cedr.com). Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the mediator will be nominated by CEDR.
- No party may commence any court proceedings in relation to any dispute arising until it has attempted to settle the dispute by mediation and either the mediation has terminated or the other party has failed to participate in the mediation, provided that the right to issue proceedings is not prejudiced by a delay.
- The English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes that may arise.
Commencement
These terms and conditions take effect on your authorising download of any report or materials from www.CambridgeIP.com, or your indicating that you accept these terms and conditions on download or at any other time.
Termination
In the event you breach any term or condition, CambridgeIP may terminate your rights under these terms and conditions, including all permitted use of our reports and materials and the information contained in our reports and materials, with immediate effect.
Variation
CambridgeIP may vary these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on
www.CambridgeIP.com or emailed to you. Any change will be effective for all orders placed after the time you are notified of the change as outlined in this section.
