We operate one of the largest Patent and Scientific Data API’s available
Our data API service allows software systems to automatically interface with our source datasets. Our collections cover the full range of science and technology disciplines including Health and Life Sciences, Energy and CleanTech, IT and Telecommunications, Advanced Materials and more. Our collections contain over 100 million peer reviewed documents.
Our API (Application Programming Interface) service allows your programmes to automatically interface with our source data for patents. Access over 55 million patent documents from USPTO, EPO, DOCDB (INPADOC), WIPO, JP and KR. Using our API you can automatically download patent data in XML, JSON and searchable patent PDF formats.
We believe this is the most accessible and easy patent API to use, the patent search and patent number search options make it incredibly easy to programmatically access the DiscoverIP database and retrieve patent data.
